Began his valuation career in 1995, at Valuation New Zealand gaining an initial grounding in the practice of Valuation. Alan is a Senior Member of the Property Institute, and gained Registration as a Valuer in May 2000. His academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University and a Masters degree in Property studies from Lincoln University.
He joined Sheldons in 2004 and specialises in residential property valuations in Waterview, Avondale, Blockhouse Bay, New Windsor, Lynfield, Hillsborough, Mangere Bridge and Mangere.
Alan is a part time Lecturer at Massey University teaching Applied Valuation I – the residential valuation paper for second year property students and Property Management and Development a paper for third year students. His outside interests include spending time with his young family.
