Glenn began his valuation career in 1981 as a Bursar with the Government Valuation Department where he remained until the end of 1986.
He commenced private practice at the beginning of 1987 initially with Ozich and Cheyne Limited, later becoming a director and partner of that company, the name changing to Bristows & Partners Limited. Glenn remained with Bristows with direct responsibility being the day to day office management for the Henderson office including staff and the residential property team for the Company. In 1997 he sold out his directorship remaining as a registered valuer until 1998. He worked for Quotable Value New Zealand from 1999 to 2002 both as a registered valuer and later as account manager for the Rodney District Council with direct responsibility for managing the valuation rating roll.
Glenn joined Sheldons in 2002 and specialises in West Auckland, predominantly areas such as Titirangi, Oratia and Waiatarua, through to the Manukau Harbour and west coast beaches. Glenn also works through the northwest areas incorporating Riverhead, Kumeu, Huapai and Waimauku. His valuation expertise is predominantly residential and lifestyle.
He is a Senior Member of the Property Institute and an Associate Member of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers.
