Ming joined Sheldons in 2003 as a part time Valuer while he was still an undergraduate studying at the University of Auckland. He began working full time in mid 2005 after completing his Bachelor of Property and Bachelor of Commerce degrees.
Ming has firmly established himself as an apartment specialist with his expertise including leasehold and serviced apartment valuations in Auckland City and fringe City suburbs. Ming also works through the East Auckland suburbs of Pakuranga, Howick, Dannemora etc. He is bilingual in Mandarin and Cantonese and his valuation expertise is predominantly residential.
Ming’s interests include football, tennis, ten-pin bowling and chess and he enjoys family time with his young son.
