Began his valuation career at Sheldons in 2002 after obtaining his Bachelor of Property at Auckland University. More recently he also became a member of the Property Institute of New Zealand.
Nick undertakes residential valuations on higher priced housing along the North Shore’s coastal suburbs from Milford to Devonport, covering Bayswater, Belmont, Takapuna which includes a diverse range of properties.
His outside interests include family activities with his three young children, mountain biking, surfing and fishing.
Nick is currently studying and collecting a portfolio of jobs to apply for his valuers registration in the near future.
