Based in the East Coast Bays for the majority of his life, Richard is a true North Shore local. In fact with the exception of a couple of stints abroad, its the only place he’s called home. Richard attained a Bachelor of Property degree from the University of Auckland in 1999, and has gained registration from the Valuers Registration Board.
Coming from a broad range of valuation work, Richard joined Sheldons in January 2012and is focusing on North Shore residential valuations particularly within the East Coast Bays, Forrest Hill/Sunnynook and Greenhithe areas. Richard loves spending time with his young and growing family. The young side of the family keeps his hands full on the weekends though when he gets the opportunity he enjoys being actively involved with the Mairangi Bay Surf Club or targeting the elusive 18 pound snapper in the Hauraki Gulf.
