Scott holds a degree in valuation & property management from Massey University and has been valuing property in the Warkworth & Kaipara areas since 2005. He joined Sheldons in 2011.

A local resident for many years, Scott’s coverage area north of Auckland extends from Puhoi through to Langs Beach, encompassing the townships of Warkworth, Snells Beach, Algies Bay, Matakana, Omaha, Leigh, Kaipara Flats, Wellsford, Kaiwaka and Mangawhai Heads. He specialises in residential, lifestyle, and commercial valuation work, having taken over the commercial side of Simon Thompson’s Warkworth practice in 2009.

Scott is a Member of the Property Institute of New Zealand, and an Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers.

Outside work hours Scott enjoys sailing, travelling and playing squash.
