Tim has a Bachelor of Property Administration, is a Senior Member of the Property Institute and an Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers.
He joined Sheldons in 1991 after two years as a commercial leasing and selling agent in Manukau and East Tamaki and three years in London working for Prudential in the property department. Tim now specialises in fringe City residential areas such as Mt Eden, Mt Albert and Epsom, undertaking a wide range of valuations for financing, project viability, selling and purchasing.
Tim has three children and his interests include running, squash and swimming.
